THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY MODEL
Inspired by global best practices in used oil regeneration — transforming an environmental liability into a national resource through precision industrial chemistry.
Waste Oil Collection
5 million litres per year target. Used motor oil, industrial lubricants, and transformer oils gathered from 200+ collection points across the DRC — preventing contamination of waterways and soil.

Re-refining Process
Multi-stage vacuum distillation and hydro-finishing converts collected waste oil into API Group II+ base stocks — with yields and purity equivalent to virgin mineral oil production.
API Group II+
LUBRIN X Manufacturing
Re-refined base stocks are blended with precision additive packages to produce the full LUBRIN X range — LUBRINOL, HYDRONOL, GEAROL, and LITHEX — at 10 million litres per year.

FROM VISION TO FULL PRODUCTION
STE LRI GROUP SARL incorporated in the DRC. Trading office established in Dubai, UAE. Site identified in Kinshasa.
Environmental impact assessment completed. Equipment procurement begins. Construction of the integrated facility starts.
Used oil collection network established with 200+ collection points across Kinshasa and surrounding regions.
Phase 1 commissioning: Re-refining line and lubricant blending facility operational. LUBRIN X brand launched.
Full capacity: 10M Ltrs lubricants, 5M Ltrs re-refining. Bitumen processing and fuel trading hub fully integrated.
